With over 20 years of experience as a Project Manager, Ms. Kelly holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and in change management. She has served as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Strategist in telecommunications, transportation, and medical devices industries. Ms. Kelly also volunteers for education-related causes and political organizations. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a Phi Beta Kappa member from a Southeast liberal arts college.
